Katie Royce is the Chief Financial Officer of ZenBusiness, where she leads the company’s financial strategy and helps shape the operating model for its next stage of growth. Since joining ZenBusiness in 2022, Katie has strengthened the CFO function by bringing together financial planning, commercial execution, enterprise operations, and data-driven decision-making to support a company built around helping entrepreneurs succeed.
At ZenBusiness, Katie plays a central role in aligning the company’s resources, teams, and priorities around sustainable growth. In addition to leading finance, she oversees the sales organization and leaders across legal, people operations, procurement, risk, and analytics, strengthening accountability, operating discipline, and responsible scaling across the business.
Prior to ZenBusiness, Katie held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, including Senior Vice President, North America CFO, and Head of Investor Relations. She brings more than two decades of experience across finance, investor relations, corporate strategy, operational leadership, and enterprise transformation.
She brings clarity, rigor, and accountability to complex organizations, helping teams translate strategy into execution and build durable business performance.
